I need a cable to hook my PC up to my TV Samsung says its a D + Sub cable .NOT 15 PIN VGA.It looks like a usb input in size and shape but is not.I found a picture online on what cables are needed heres what it looks like .(the first cable to the left)

I know VGA is one side …….its the other side i need the name for .
i went thru the box the tv came in and found it . thanks……….it doesnt look like something that can be replaced very easily.

“At least the adapters are included, but it must be difficult to replace these if they get lost or broken.

These are all proprietary adapters, you need to call Samsung support/service and order one. (They should come with the TV).

I recently bought a Sony Bravia 40 inch LCD 1080p 120htz television, and I gotta say that it looks amazing with all of the settings I have chose, but I just want to know if it could look better if I change certain things in the settings menu, or if I should turn off or lower some of them if I do not need them. I have HDMI for playing my PS3 and watching my Blu-Rays, and I have RGB for my Xbox 360. I would like only people who are gamers with at least a PS3 or Xbox 360(both would be awesome), who have this same TV, and who are pretty smart when it comes to electronics. People can share what settings are pretty good for them, even if they don’t know that much about TVs, but it MUST BE FROM SOMEONE THAT HAS THE SAME TV AS MINE. I like other people giving their opinions, but only when it isn’t redundant to what I’m talking about.

Btw, if you don’t have a 40 inch like me, that is fine. I only included the size in case there are certain settings only that size has available, or in case some things work differently on different sizes…I don’t think it does, but I am not that great when it comes to TVs, so I threw it in there.
Btw, sorry I put 120htz by accident. I meant to put 120Hz, but kept ending up trying to spell it out…I know, I’m stupid on that deal :P

This is especially true when it is black on white like in some scenes in 300 and also a few in Planet Earth. It also happens when it is a big solid color like a scene witha big blue sky. It kinda has that grainy movie theather quality. Does anybody know what could be causeing this. Ive got it running in 1080i. Could it be the contrast? Any thoughts?
The TV is a Vizio 42″ LCD. I think it is
a: Vizio VX42L LCD HDTV – 42″, 1366×768, HDMI, 16:9, 1000:1, 8 ms Response Time, ATSC, NTSC

If you are going to use it for gaming I would reccommend you get a faster refresh rate of 120HZ, for less motion blur. Panasonic is the best choice and they are the most reliable brand of tv in the market today. Also, keep in mind that you can not see the difference between 720P and 1080P in screen smaller than a 46″. Your second choice should be a Samsung. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Hope this will help you out.
