The Full Range and Super White settings on your PS3 might not make huge differences on sets in the size range you’re looking at. They are about getting more detail out of your games and in sets of those sizes, extra detail related features have a limited pay off. They might make some difference, I’m not sure, but its not likely sizable.

Neither Sony nor anyone else currently publishes a list of sets that support the features for sure. So if you really feel concerned about it, then you should consider finding a store that will hook-up a PS3 to TVs for you and you can play with the settings and see for yourself. That’s likely your best bet.

Lastly, as it seems like you’re trying to buy a set for gaming, you might want to really consider ones with 120Hz refresh rates. This should potentially help you get better gaming playback on the LCD. Its another added expense, but it may help fight off motion blur issues.

32″

Sony KDL-32XBR9 – 1080p 120Hz
Panasonic TC-L32G1 – 720p 120Hz
LG 32LH40 – 1080p 120Hz

37″

Panasonic TC-L37G1 – 1080p 120Hz
LG 37LH40 – 1080p 120Hz
Samsung LN37B650 – 1080p 120Hz

40″ (Sony doesn’t make a 37″ set)

Sony KDL-40V5100
Sony KDL-40W5100 (adds contrast, better image processor, multimedia features)
- both are 1080p and 120Hz
