What is better a 32 inch 1080p or 37 inch 720p both being LCD TV?
Also is there much of a difference in both TVs?

Depends on what you’ll be using it for as well as how far from the set you’ll be sitting. For gaming you’ll need to 1080p, for casual bedroom viewing, maybe not. Is there a major price difference?
Personally, I’d go for the smaller 1080, anyday. Quality over quantity.

Anything less than 50″ and the human eye cannot distinguish between 720p and 1080i/p unless sitting with your nose to the screen, buy the bigger 37″ and don’t worry about it.
It’s definitely the 1080p. Even though the screen is smaller it is a much sharper image than a 37″ 720p. I have a 26″ 720p and it would look very good if the size went any higher than that. I would definitely go with the 1080p unless its costs alot more and you are worried about price. From a strictly technical point of view the 32″ 1080p is much higher image quality than 37″ 720p.
